Myofascial Release Massage

Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Myofascial massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very RELAXING style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy balancing. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
Reiki is offered with the greatest intention for Your Highest Good, to clear the energy barriers that may be prohibiting free flow of your bodies energetic system. These blockages could hinder you from feeling & being the best you can be. Reiki is not a religion. Reiki utilizes your Life Force Energy to positively affect your Body, Mind & Spirit.
How is Reiki Performed ?
Reiki is always performed while you are fully clothed. The client is usually laying on a massage table. Your practitioner can work with you for special needs.

Raindrop Technique

Raindrop is a Technique used to help restore Balance & Function to your bodies systems. Benefits of Raindrop include, Reduction in pain & inflammation. Improves circulation & Immune function. Facilitates the release of negative emotions. Helps to relieve stress, Promotes Relaxation & can also be Invigorating.
The process of Raindrop involves using Essential Oils, ( Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Wintergreen, Marjoram, Cypress, Peppermint , Aroma Sieze & Valor) applied to the feet then dropped in a raindrop fashion, above & along the spine. The oils are then distributed with light stroking & gentle massage along the spine and over the back. The final step is a warm compress applied to the length of the spine.
Each person responds differently and the effects of a session continues to work for 5-7 days.
Water is an important key for the detox process. It is Advisable to drink plenty of WATER before and after a Raindrop session. This will help reduce temporary symptoms, such as headaches, tiredness and achy joints.

AROMATHERAPY
Is the practice of using Aromatic plant extracts to revitalize & restore health. Each of these oils is believed to have specific properties that aid in the treatment of certain ailments & emotional issues. All living plants possess a unique energy, and by extracting a plants essential oil containing that energy, it can be used for healing. For example, some EO's may have pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial & anti-depressant properties, allowing for improved physical & psychological benefits. Includes 3-4, Young Living or DoTerra Oils. (Use as an addition to Massage , Reiki or Paraffin dip)
